In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Revolution Airsoft shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In such case your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Revolution Airsoft shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount that was charged.

We will gladly accept the return of guns that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date your purchase is delivered. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion. Fulfillment mistakes that result in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from (and including) the date you receive your purchase based on the tracking information "delivered" date.
- All returns must be cleared via a CRM request in advance. Any uncleared returns will be refused upon receipt.
Returns must be in new, unused condition
and have all packaging included. Any modifications of any kind will void all warranty - Modifications including (but not limited to) removing of orange tip, opening gearbox, removing internal components, disassembling the gun in any way (except for what is required to installing a battery) will render the warranty void. - NO Warranty is in place at all for batteries that may come with any gun. Batteries are far too easily ruined by improper handling, storage and charging that we cannot offer any form of guarantee on them.
*all shipping charges for returned items for any reason is the responsibility of the customer.
